Park Avenue is located on the South Side of the Las Vegas strip and opened its first buildings in 2003. The 24-hr guard-gated community consists of 20 residential buildings that offer affordable luxury living. Just a few miles south of Mandalay Bay and minutes from the shopping mecca, Town Square, you’ll be conveniently located to the world-class entertainment Vegas has to offer. Yet, very accessible to the 215 and I-15.

The floorplans are very functional in design and the finishes are lovely. A few of the condos have private garages with the bulk of them having covered garage parking.
